Return Policy

What is the return policy?

All items can be returned within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment for a refund.

 

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.

Confident Woman Co. reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

 

How can I make an exchange?

Send an email to confidentwomanco@gmail.com requesting that you would like to exchange your item and the reason for the exchange (size, etc.)

A return label will be emailed to you within 24-48hrs. 

 

Can I exchange any item?

Yes.

Once I have exchanged an item, can I return the new item?  

Yes. You can exchange the item within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment. You can do this up to 3 times per calendar year.
